Candle Care and Safety
Reed Diffuser Care and Safety
The following instructions will allow you to get the best out of your candle and ensure a safe product.

1. Ensure on your first burn you allow the candle to achieve it's full melt pool (this could take 3 - 4 hours on the first burn). Not allowing this could mean the candle "tunnels" which means it won't burn all of the wax.
2. Trim the wick to approx. 5mm before relighting your candle. This will ensure you don't have too large a flame and get "sooting" (black smoke) from the wick.
3. Please don't burn candles for longer than 4 / 5 hours at a time. This could lead to your candle getting too hot which could lead to sooting and damage to your container.
4. Ensure your candle is placed on an appropriate non-flammable, level surface. It's unlikely to get hot enough to mark your surfaces but caution should be taken.
5. Keep candles away from drafts, children, pets and any flammable items.
6. Never leave a candle unattended
7. Never move a burning candle, the wax is hot and is a burn risk.
8. Never burn your candle all the way to bottom, extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and then its time to choose your new candle or refill.
The following instructions will allow you to get the best out of your Reed Diffuser.

2. Flip the reeds to boost the scent, the more you flip the faster the reeds will disperse the oil therefore will reduce the time your diffuser will last.
3. Clean up any spillages straight away, the oil can stain / mark surfaces
4. Do not ingest the oil, if the oil is ingested please seek medical attention right away.
5. Keep Reed Diffusers away from children and pets
6. Do not light the reeds
